Bud Approach is intended only for adults who have reached the legal age
required to purchase and possess cannabis in the province or territory
where they are located and where delivery is requested. Legal ages and
retail rules differ across Canada and may change.

1. Applicable legal age

The age that applies is the legal age established by the relevant province
or territory for the purchase, possession, and receipt of cannabis. A
customer must satisfy the requirements applicable both to the customer and
to the requested delivery destination.

Because rules can change, customers are responsible for checking the
current requirements of their provincial, territorial, and local
authorities before ordering.

2. Age declaration

By entering the website, creating an account, placing an order, or
accepting delivery, you represent that:

• you meet the applicable legal age requirement;
• the information you provide is complete and accurate;
• you are acting for yourself and not purchasing for a minor;
• your purchase, possession, and requested delivery are permitted by law.

3. Verification

Bud Approach may request information or government-issued identification
reasonably necessary to confirm age, identity, account ownership, payment,
or delivery eligibility. Verification may occur during website access,
account creation, checkout, order review, customer support, or delivery.

4. Delivery and adult receipt

A carrier or delivery representative may require acceptable identification
and may refuse to release a package when the recipient cannot demonstrate
the applicable legal age, the delivery information does not match, or
release would violate carrier policy or law.

Customers must not direct a package to a minor, ask a minor to accept it,
or use an address or instruction intended to bypass age verification.

5. Refused, failed, or cancelled verification

Bud Approach may place an order on hold, request additional information,
refuse service, cancel an order, restrict an account, or cooperate with an
authorized carrier or authority when:

• age or identity cannot be reasonably verified;
• information appears false, altered, inconsistent, or unauthorized;
• the requested destination is not eligible;
• a package cannot lawfully be released;
• fraud, diversion to a minor, or another unlawful activity is suspected.

Refunds, shipping charges, and return-to-sender costs for a refused or
failed delivery are handled under the applicable Terms, Delivery Policy,
Refund & Returns Policy, carrier rules, and law.

6. Privacy and identification

Information collected for age, identity, fraud, order, or legal-compliance
purposes is handled according to the Bud Approach
Privacy Policy. Do not send identification
through an unverified email address, social-media account, or payment
message. Follow only instructions from an official Bud Approach channel.

7. Service area

Age eligibility alone does not guarantee that Bud Approach can accept or
deliver an order. Product and delivery availability may be restricted by
jurisdiction, licence, carrier, address, or product type.
