Delivery Policy

Draft status: Client confirmation required before publication.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Bud Approach aims to provide clear, discreet, and trackable delivery. This
Delivery Policy explains service areas, shipping charges, processing,
estimated transit times, tracking, address responsibilities, delays, and
parcel issues.

1. Delivery area and eligibility

Bud Approach ships only to eligible addresses in Canada where the sale,
possession, and delivery of the ordered products are permitted. The
customer must have reached the legal age applicable at the delivery
destination. Bud Approach may decline or cancel an order that cannot be
lawfully or safely fulfilled.

We do not offer international delivery.

Client confirmation required:
[AUTHORIZED PROVINCES/TERRITORIES AND DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS — CLIENT TO CONFIRM]

2. Carrier and shipping service

The working delivery service for Bud Approach is Canada Post Xpresspost or
another trackable Canada Post service selected during fulfilment. Service
availability may depend on the destination, parcel, carrier operations,
and legal requirements.

Client confirmation required:
[CONFIRM CANADA POST XPRESSPOST AS THE ACTIVE SERVICE]

3. Shipping charges

  • Orders of CAD $99 or more qualify for free standard
    shipping.
  • Orders below CAD $99 are charged a
    CAD $20 flat shipping fee.

The qualifying amount is calculated after discounts and before any
non-shipping charges unless checkout states otherwise. Any optional
signature, insurance, expedited service, remote-area surcharge, or other
carrier charge must be displayed before the order is finalized.

4. Payment and order processing

Processing begins after Bud Approach receives and confirms the full Interac
e-Transfer payment and verifies the order. The working processing target is
dispatch within one business day after payment confirmation.

Orders paid on weekends or statutory holidays are normally processed on
the next business day. High-volume periods, verification requirements,
inventory issues, weather, or operational events may extend processing.

Client confirmation required:
[ORDER CUTOFF TIME AND PROCESSING COMMITMENT — CLIENT TO CONFIRM]

5. Estimated delivery time

The working estimate is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote destinations,
carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, security
checks, and events outside Bud Approach’s reasonable control may cause
delays.

6. Tracking

When tracking is available, Bud Approach sends the tracking number to the
email address associated with the order. Carrier systems may take up to
approximately 24 hours after dispatch to display the first scan.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and promptly collecting
parcels held at a post office or pickup location.

7. Discreet packaging

Orders are prepared in discreet packaging designed to protect product
condition and customer privacy during ordinary transit. The exterior does
not intentionally identify the contents beyond information required by
law or the carrier.

8. Address accuracy and changes

Review the recipient name, unit number, street address, city, province,
postal code, email, and telephone number before placing the order. Bud
Approach is not responsible for avoidable delivery problems caused by
incomplete or incorrect customer-provided information, except where
applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact support immediately to request an address correction. Changes
cannot be guaranteed after processing begins and normally cannot be made
after dispatch.

9. Signature, safe drop, and pickup

Carrier procedures determine whether a parcel is safe-dropped, delivered
to a community mailbox, presented for signature, or held for pickup.
Identification and proof of legal age may be required where applicable.

If signature service or “do not safe drop” handling is offered, request it
before dispatch and follow the checkout instructions.

Client confirmation required:
[SIGNATURE, SAFE-DROP, AND OPTIONAL INSURANCE OPTIONS — CLIENT TO CONFIRM]

10. Delayed or missing tracking updates

A temporary absence of scans does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.
Check the tracking page and allow the carrier’s expected delivery window.
Contact Bud Approach if the parcel remains beyond that window so support
can review the shipment and, where appropriate, open a carrier inquiry.

11. Parcels marked delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel cannot be found, first check
the delivery area, household members, neighbours where appropriate,
building staff, community mailbox, delivery notice, and local post office.
Then contact Bud Approach with the order and tracking numbers.

Bud Approach will review available evidence and carrier information.
Replacement or refund is not automatic for a parcel recorded as delivered
and will depend on the investigation, order circumstances, available
protection, and applicable law.

12. Parcels confirmed lost in transit

If the carrier confirms that a parcel was lost before delivery, Bud
Approach will assess the claim under the Refund & Returns Policy. An
approved remedy may be replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy
required by law.

13. Damaged, incorrect, or missing products

Preserve the parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, and products, and
contact support promptly with photographs and the order number. Claims are
reviewed under the Refund & Returns Policy.
