Refund – Returns Policy

Draft status: Client confirmation required before publication.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how Bud Approach handles
cancellations, incorrect or missing products, shipping damage, defective
accessories, lost parcels, returns, replacements, credits, and refunds.

1. Final-sale products

For health, safety, quality-control, and regulatory reasons, cannabis,
concentrates, cartridges, edibles, and other consumable or ingestible
products are generally final sale once dispatched. This does not remove any
right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Issues eligible for review

Bud Approach will review claims involving:

  • An item missing from the delivered order.
  • A product that differs from the item ordered.
  • Material shipping damage visible when the parcel is opened.
  • A product subject to an official recall.
  • A non-consumable accessory with a confirmed manufacturing or mechanical
    defect.
  • A parcel confirmed lost in transit under the Delivery Policy.
  • Another remedy required by applicable law.

Personal preference, expected effects, flavour, aroma, appearance,
naturally occurring product variation, or a change of mind generally does
not qualify for return or refund.

3. Reporting an order issue

Contact Bud Approach promptly after discovering a problem. Include:

  • Your order number and account email.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product, label, parcel, packing materials, and
    shipping label when relevant.
  • Any carrier notice or tracking information connected to the claim.

Keep the product and all original packaging until support provides
instructions. Disposing of evidence before review may prevent Bud Approach
from verifying the claim.

Client confirmation required:

4. Claim assessment and available remedies

Bud Approach will review the order record, photographs, inventory,
packaging, tracking, and other relevant information. When a claim is
approved, the available remedy may be:

  • Replacement of the affected product.
  • Shipment of a missing product.
  • Store credit.
  • Partial or full refund for the affected item.
  • Another remedy required by applicable law.

The remedy will be selected according to the nature of the issue,
availability, legal requirements, and the original payment method.

5. Non-consumable accessories

Batteries, chargers, and other non-consumable accessories may qualify for
defect assessment. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper
charging, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product
instructions is not a manufacturing defect.

Client confirmation required:

6. Returns require authorization

Do not mail any item to Bud Approach unless support has provided written
return authorization and instructions. Unrequested returns may be refused,
may not be recoverable, and may not qualify for reimbursement. Consumable
products should not be returned unless Bud Approach specifically directs
otherwise and the return is lawful.

7. Order changes and cancellations

Contact support immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes are possible only before processing or dispatch and cannot be
guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it is governed by the final-sale and
delivery terms in this Policy.

8. Lost, delayed, or delivered parcels

A delayed tracking scan does not by itself mean a parcel is lost. Bud
Approach may require the carrier’s investigation period to finish before
approving a lost-parcel remedy.

If tracking records the parcel as delivered but it cannot be located,
verify the address, delivery area, household members, building staff,
community mailbox, and local post office, then contact support. Bud
Approach will assess the available tracking and carrier information but
cannot promise replacement for every parcel marked delivered.

Claims caused by an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address may
be ineligible for replacement or refund, except where required by law.

9. Approved refunds

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment route where
reasonably possible or through another method agreed with the customer.
Processing and financial-institution times may vary.

Client confirmation required:

10. Abuse and fraudulent claims

Bud Approach may refuse a claim, restrict an account, or request additional
verification where evidence is inconsistent, altered, duplicated, abusive,
or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent. This does not limit lawful
consumer rights.
