These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bud
Approach website, account features, products, and related services
(collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the website, creating an
account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies
referenced in them.

1. Eligibility and legal age

You may use the Services only if you have reached the legal age required to
purchase and possess cannabis in the province or territory where you are
located and where delivery is requested. Provincial and territorial age
requirements differ and may change. Bud Approach may request age or
identity verification and may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility
cannot be verified.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access, purchase, possession,
and use comply with all laws that apply to you. The Services are not
available where the sale or delivery of the relevant product is prohibited.

2. Authorized service area

Bud Approach accepts and fulfils orders only in jurisdictions where its
activities and the requested delivery are permitted by applicable law.
Availability may differ by province, territory, product type, and delivery
address. Bud Approach may restrict products, refuse delivery, request
additional verification, or cancel an order to meet legal or operational
requirements.

3. Accounts and customer information

You must provide complete and accurate account, billing, contact, and
delivery information. You are responsible for activity performed through
your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify
Bud Approach promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without
authorization.

You may not create an account for another person, misrepresent your age or
identity, use automated means to create accounts, or use the Services for
resale or another unlawful purpose.

4. Product information and responsible use

Bud Approach aims to present product names, descriptions, images, potency
information, availability, and prices accurately. Product appearance,
packaging, batch characteristics, and effects may vary. Website information
is provided for general product information and is not medical advice,
diagnosis, or treatment.

Cannabis may impair judgment, coordination, and reaction time. Customers
must use products responsibly, keep them away from children and animals,
follow product directions, and never drive or operate machinery while
impaired. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when health,
medication, pregnancy, or substance-use concerns apply.

5. Orders, availability, and acceptance

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. An
automated order email confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that
Bud Approach has accepted the order. Acceptance occurs after eligibility,
inventory, payment, address, and compliance checks are completed.

Bud Approach may correct errors, limit quantities, substitute nothing
without customer approval, or cancel and refund an order when a product is
unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not completed, fraud is
suspected, or fulfilment would violate law or policy.

6. Prices, taxes, promotions, and errors

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are shown
during checkout. Promotions and discount codes may have separate
conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, and usage limits.

If a material pricing or product-information error is discovered before
dispatch, Bud Approach may contact you for instructions or cancel the
affected item and return the amount paid for it.

7. Payment by Interac e-Transfer

Orders are processed after the required Interac e-Transfer payment has been
received and matched to the order. Follow only the payment instructions
displayed during checkout or sent through an official Bud Approach
communication channel.

Bud Approach will never ask for your online banking password. You are
responsible for entering the correct payment recipient, amount, and order
reference. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after a reasonable period.

8. Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Bud Approach Delivery Policy. Current working
terms provide free standard shipping on orders of CAD $99 or more and a
CAD $20 shipping charge on orders below CAD $99. Delivery estimates are not
guarantees and begin after payment confirmation and dispatch.

You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and for
complying with carrier delivery requirements. Risk associated with an
incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or an unsafe delivery
location may remain with the customer to the extent permitted by law.

9. Cancellations, refunds, and returns

Cannabis and other consumable products are generally final sale once
dispatched, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where Bud
Approach approves a remedy for an incorrect, missing, damaged, recalled, or
defective product. Non-consumable accessories may qualify for assessment
under the Refund & Returns Policy.

Contact support as soon as possible if there is an order issue. Do not mail
a product back unless Bud Approach provides return instructions.

10. Website ownership and permitted use

The website design, original text, graphics, logos, photographs, software,
and other content are owned by or licensed to Bud Approach and are
protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website
for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes.

Without written permission, you may not reproduce substantial website
content, commercially exploit the Services, interfere with website
operation, bypass security, scrape protected areas, introduce malicious
code, or use the website to build a competing service.

11. Reviews and submitted content

Content you submit must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and free of material
that infringes another person’s rights. You grant Bud Approach a
non-exclusive licence to display and use submitted reviews or feedback for
operating and improving the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Bud Approach may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting,
email, analytics, mapping, shipping, or payment providers. Those services
may have their own terms and privacy practices. Bud Approach is not
responsible for third-party websites that it does not control.

13. Service availability and disclaimers

Bud Approach works to keep the Services accurate, secure, and available but
does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that
every product will remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot
lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bud Approach will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising
from use of the Services. Any limitation applies only to the extent that it
is lawful and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Suspension and termination

Bud Approach may suspend or terminate access to an account when reasonably
necessary to address fraud, security, unlawful activity, policy violations,
charge disputes, abuse, or legal obligations. Obligations relating to
payment, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive
termination where applicable.

Bud Approach may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, operations,
